On each of the last 13 days before the Nov. 2010 election, I'm
offering a new idea, thought or comment on how we can better position
Wisconsin for brighter day of economic prosperity and job growth.
4 Days Until Election
When it comes to putting people to work, I’ll continue to support the
programs that ensure opportunities for workers to upgrade their
education and work skills. These programs provide taxpayers an
excellent investment payback. Education and training improves earning
power, adding wealth to our community, and tax revenue to support the
community. Employers and investors that provide quality, sustainable
jobs are attracted to communities and states with quality workers.
I’ll support a strategy to transform our workforce from good to great
because today’s global market requires it to keep and create good jobs.

I've been hearing that same agitprop for 40 years. What attracts employers and investors are good ideas, low cost to do business and a stabil predictable environment.
ReplyDeleteMake Wisconsin a business friendly state by permanently slashing taxes, getting our budget in balance, cut or eliminate corporate taxes, since only consumers pay taxes. Businesses just act as the collection agent. Lower the cost of doing business and businesses will come, unless of course, they're driven off shore by our oppressive run away federal government.
Thanks for the comment. Thought you might appreciate today's post on business taxes.

So much for Mining in this state! Thanks for killing it!I wonder where your loyalty will be when the recall election happens? Will it be liberal or conservative? I am pretty sure it will be for the left!
